Refund & Return Policy

1. Physical Books — Return & Refund

Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The book arrived damaged, torn, or with missing pages.
• You received the wrong item (different book or edition).
• The book was not delivered within 15 business days of dispatch.

Non-Eligible Returns

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Books that have been written in, highlighted, or otherwise used.
• Returns requested after the 7-day window.

How to Return

Email info@.com or WhatsApp +91-9536977553 with your order number and photographs of the damaged/incorrect item. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 3 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Digital Video Courses — Refund Policy

Video course subscriptions are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued, as the digital content is immediately accessible upon purchase.

Exceptions — Full Refund Granted If:

• You were charged but never received access credentials.
• The course videos are inaccessible due to a technical error on our platform for more than 72 hours and we are unable to resolve it.
• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).

To raise an exception claim, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@.com.

3. Super Saving Packs (Book + Video Combos)

For combo packs, the physical book component follows the 7-day return policy above. The video access component is non-refundable once activated. Partial refunds for the book portion only may be issued if the book is returned per Section 1.

4. Cancellations

Orders for physical books may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately at +91-9536977553 with your order number.

Video course orders cannot be cancelled once the access link has been sent.

5. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we bear all return shipping costs. If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer bears the reverse shipping cost.
