1. Agreement to Terms

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Digital Course Access

Upon successful payment for a video course, you will receive login credentials or an access link via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours (typically within 2 hours during business hours). Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access for the duration specified at purchase.

You may not share, resell, screen-record, or redistribute any course content. Violation will result in immediate access revocation without refund.

6. Shipping (Physical Books)

We ship physical books across India via registered courier. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days from dispatch. Dispatch typically occurs within 2 business days of order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including course videos, book content, images, text, logos, and the "Anu English Academy" brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Anu English Academy and is protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.
• Post false reviews or misrepresent your identity.
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy site content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Anu English Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
